Car
If you're driving, start from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Head northeast on the Hakone Road (Route 1) for about 5 km. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 732. Turn left onto Route 732 and follow the road for approximately 3 km. You will see signs for Sanno Shrine on your right. Turn right onto Ninotaira Road, and after about 500 meters, you will find Sanno Shrine on your left at 1297 Ninotaira.
Public Transportation
To reach Sanno Shrine via public transportation, start at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Take the Hakone Tozan Bus heading towards 'Togendai' and stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Ninotaira' bus stop. From there, Sanno Shrine is a short 10-minute walk. Head north on Ninotaira Road for about 800 meters, and you will see the shrine on your left at 1297 Ninotaira.
