Car
If you're driving, head towards Ninotaira area in Hakone. From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take Route 1 towards Odawara. After approximately 10 minutes, turn right onto Route 731 which leads into Ninotaira. Continue for about 5 minutes, and you will find Sushi & Shabushabu Kumashiro at 1297-66 Ninotaira on your left side. Look for the restaurant's sign.

To reach Sushi & Shabushabu Kumashiro using public transport, start at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Take the Hakone Tozan Bus (bound for Tounosawa or Gora) and ride for about 15 minutes, getting off at the 'Ninotaira' bus stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes northeast on Route 731. The restaurant will be located at 1297-66 Ninotaira on your left.
