Walking
From Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hien Waterfall is accessible via a scenic walk. Head east along the river path, following the road. The walk takes approximately 30-40 minutes, with signs marking the way. No costs are associated with walking.
Public Transport
From Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Bus towards 'Hien Waterfall'. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Hien Waterfall' bus stop, from which it is a short, 5-minute walk to the waterfall entrance. The bus fare is approximately 200 yen.
Car
If driving from Hakone-Yumoto Station, head south on Route 1, then take Route 732 towards Hien Waterfall. After about 10 minutes, you'll see signs for the waterfall. Parking is available near the entrance, with a parking fee of around 500 yen.
