Ferry
To reach the Miyajima History and Folklore Museum, you will first need to take a ferry to Miyajima Island. Start at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (Hiroshima Heiwa Kinen Koen) and make your way to the Hiroshima Ferry Terminal, which is about a 10-minute walk from the park. Follow the signs to the ferry terminal, and look for the ferry heading to Miyajima. The ferry ride will take approximately 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the Seto Inland Sea. Once you arrive at Miyajima, disembark the ferry and head towards the main street (Miyajima Shopping Street).

After arriving at Miyajima Island, walk along the Miyajima Shopping Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Itsukushima Shrine. Turn left and follow the road until you see the signs for the Miyajima History and Folklore Museum. The museum is located at 57 Miyajimacho, just a short 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

If you are starting from Hiroshima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line to Miyajima Guchi Station, which takes about 30 minutes. From Miyajima Guchi Station, follow the signs to the ferry terminal, where you can take the ferry to Miyajima Island as described above.
