After approximately 40 km, take the exit for Route 51 towards Tokyo. Continue on Route 51 until you reach Minato City. Look for signs for Kyu-Shiba-rikyū Gardens and follow them, as the gardens are located at 1 Chome-4-1 Kaigan. There is parking available nearby, but make sure to check for any parking fees.

    To reach Kyu-Shiba-rikyū Gardens using public transportation, take the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station. Board a train heading towards Ueno Station. Get off at Tokyo Station (approximately 1 hour). From Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and take a train towards Omiya. Get off at Hamamatsucho Station (2 stops). Once you exit Hamamatsucho Station, walk towards the east for about 15 minutes. Follow signs that lead you to the gardens at 1 Chome-4-1 Kaigan.
