To reach Rooftop Garden via public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno and transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Upon exiting Tsukiji Station, follow the signs to Tsukiji Outer Market, which is a short walk from the Rooftop Garden located at 6 Chome-27-1 Tsukiji.
