If you are driving from Hitachi, take the Joban Expressway (E6) towards Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for about 50 kilometers, then take the exit for the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line (E14). Once you merge onto the Aqua-Line, continue until you see signs for Koto City. Follow the signs to Aomi, where the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) is located at 2 Chome-3-6 Aomi, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0064.
