Opened in November 2021, the park commemorates the 110-year history of Hitachi, Ltd., since its founding in 1910. The park serves as a venue to introduce the company's mission and founding spirit.The park comprises four main facilities :* **Odaira Memorial Museum:** This museum is dedicated to Namihei Odaira, the founder of Hitachi. It showcases Hitachi's corporate philosophy, its path to establishment, and its initiatives in addressing social issues. The museum also has a hall that can be used for various events, such as off-campus activities for elementary and junior high school students and various seminars.* **Sogyo Goya:** A recreation of Hitachi's first factory, the Sogyo Goya is where the company's first product, a 5 HP induction motor, was born. Visitors can see restored tools and a surviving 5 HP induction motor in operation.* **Omika Club:** Built in 1936, the Omika Club was originally a clubhouse for the Omika Golf Club. It has been renovated to offer hospitality to visitors to Hitachi Origin Park.* **Omika Golf Club:** This 6-hole golf course was built in 1936 as a recreational facility for employees and to welcome international visitors. Today, the golf club is open to the public.Hitachi Origin Park is designed to be environmentally friendly, with a carbon-neutral site.
