Public Transport
From Hitachi Station, take the Hitachinaka Seaside Railway towards Aso. After approximately 10 minutes, arrive at Kaimon Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Kaimon Bridge. Exit the station and head east on Kaimoncho, then turn left at the first intersection. Continue straight until you reach the bridge. Train fare is approximately 300 JPY.

Take a taxi from anywhere in Hitachi to Kaimon Bridge in Hitachinaka. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The cost will be approximately 2,000-3,000 JPY.

Driving
From central Hitachi, head south on Route 6 (Joban Expressway). Follow signs for Ibaraki and continue for about 15 minutes. Take the exit toward Hitachinaka and merge onto Route 245. After approximately 5 minutes, signs for Kaimon Bridge will appear. Turn left onto Kaimoncho to arrive at the bridge. Parking availability near the bridge may be limited.
