Car
If you are driving from Sapporo, take the Hokkaido Expressway (道央自動車道) towards Asahikawa. Exit at the 'Furano' interchange and follow Route 38 south for about 20 kilometers. Turn right onto Route 237, and continue for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Rokugo Viewing Platform as you approach the area. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
From Sapporo Station, take the JR Furano Line train to Furano Station. This journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Furano Station, you can take a local bus (approximately 30 minutes) towards Higashirokugo. Get off at the 'Rokugo Viewing Platform' bus stop. Please check the latest bus schedules as they may vary.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route after reaching Furano, you can take a taxi from Furano Station. The taxi ride will take about 15-20 minutes and will cost approximately 2,500-3,000 yen depending on traffic. Make sure to inform the driver you want to go to 'Rokugo Viewing Platform' (鹿雲展望台).
