Public Transport
From Asakusa Station, take the Tobu Skytree Line directly to Tokyo Skytree Station (formerly Narihirabashi Station), a 2-minute ride costing ¥160. Alternatively, take the Toei Asakusa Line to Oshiage Station, a 3-minute ride for ¥180. From either station, it's a short walk to the tower's entrance on the 4th floor of Tokyo Skytree Town.
Walking
From Asakusa, it's a pleasant 20-minute walk to Tokyo Skytree across the Sumida River. Enjoy the scenery along the way, including the Tokyo Mizumachi shopping facility and the Sumida River Walk. No costs are associated with this option.
Bus
From Asakusa, take the Toei Bus (都08) from 浅草二丁目 bus stop to とうきょうスカイツリー駅入口 bus stop. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and costs ¥210. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Tokyo Skytree Town.
Taxi
From Asakusa, a taxi ride to Tokyo Skytree takes approximately 10 minutes and costs around ¥1,300-¥1,600 during the day, potentially higher at night. Taxis are readily available at the taxi stand on the first floor of Tokyo Skytree.
