To reach Blue Cave by car, start from Ishigaki City. Head southeast on Route 390 towards Fukai. Continue driving for approximately 20 minutes (about 14 km). As you approach Fukai, look for signs directing you to 'Blue Cave' or 'Miyara River'. Turn right onto a smaller road leading to the coastline. There is a parking area available near the cave entrance, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee of around 500 yen.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Ishigaki City to Fukai. Look for the bus line that heads towards 'Miyara River' or 'Blue Cave'. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. After getting off at the nearby bus stop, walk towards the coast, following the signs for Blue Cave which will lead you to the entrance. Be prepared for a short walk of about 10-15 minutes. Bus fare is typically around 500 yen.
