Car

If you're driving from Ishigaki City, head southwest on Route 390. Follow the signs towards Taketomi Island. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the ferry terminal. Park your car at the designated parking area (there may be a fee of around 1,000 yen for parking). Take the ferry to Taketomi Island, which takes about 10 minutes and costs around 400 yen one way. Once you arrive at Taketomi Island, you can either rent a bicycle or take a local taxi to Kaiji Beach, which is about 10 minutes away by taxi or a 20-minute bike ride.
Public Transportation

Start at Ishigaki Bus Terminal. Take the bus heading towards Taketomi Island (make sure to check the bus schedule, as the frequency may vary). The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Taketomi Ferry Terminal. From there, purchase a ferry ticket (about 400 yen) and board the ferry to Taketomi Island. Upon arrival, you can catch a local taxi or rent a bike to reach Kaiji Beach, which is approximately a 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute bike ride away.
