If you are driving, start from the center of Izu. Take Route 135 south towards Shimoda. After approximately 20 km, follow the signs for 'Touji' and turn right onto Prefectural Route 19. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you reach the Ryugu Sea Cave. There is a parking area available near the cave for a fee of approximately 500 yen.

Take the Izukyu Railway from Izu City Station to Shimoda Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once at Shimoda Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop for the 'Izu Hakone Bus.' Take the bus heading towards 'Touji.' It’s about a 15-minute ride; get off at the 'Ryugu Cave' bus stop. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen.
