Public Transportation
From Kai, take a train from Kai Station to Kofu Station. Board the JR Chuo Line train towards Tokyo. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Once at Kofu Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line, heading towards Takao Station. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Shinjuku Station. From Shinjuku Station, follow the signs to the West Exit. Benten-yu is about a 10-minute walk from there. Exit the station and head west on Yoyogi Avenue. Turn left onto Yochomachi, and you'll find Benten-yu at 5-1 Yochomachi.

Car
If driving from Kai, take the Chuo Highway (Route 20) towards Tokyo. After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, exit at Shinjuku. Follow the signs for Shinjuku Station. Once you arrive in the area, look for parking as street parking may be limited. The nearest parking facility is Shinjuku Sunkus Parking. After parking, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Benten-yu. Head west towards Yoyogi Avenue, then turn left onto Yochomachi where you will find the location at 5-1 Yochomachi.
