If you're driving from central Kai, head south on Route 20. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 15 kilometers, following the signs towards Setagaya, Tokyo. Once you reach Setagaya, turn onto Wakabayashi Street. Gallery Setagaya 233 is located at 1 Chome-11-10 Wakabayashi. There is usually street parking available, but be mindful of local parking regulations. Expect to pay around 300 yen per hour for parking.

To reach Gallery Setagaya 233 via public transportation, start by taking a train from Kai to Shinjuku Station. Board the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Tokyo. The journey will take about 50 minutes. At Shinjuku Station, transfer to the Odakyu Odawara Line and take a train towards Fujisawa. Get off at the Sangenjaya Station (2 stops). From Sangenjaya Station, it’s a 15-minute walk to the gallery. Exit the station and head northeast on Ikegami Street, then turn right onto Wakabayashi Street. The gallery will be on your left. Note that train fares will be approximately 1,200 yen for the journey.
