After approximately 90 km, take the exit for Setagaya. Continue on Setagaya Dori until you reach 4 Chome-1-1 Taishido. There is paid parking available near the Setagaya Public Theatre, which may cost around ¥300 per hour.

To reach Setagaya Public Theatre by public transportation, start at Kai Station. Take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Tokyo and transfer at Shinjuku Station. Exit the station and head east on Kamiyama-cho, then turn right onto Setagaya Dori, and continue until you reach 4 Chome-1-1 Taishido.
