If you are driving, start from the center of Kai. Head south on Route 20 (Chuo Highway) towards Muroto. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 32. Turn left onto Route 32 and follow this road for about 10 kilometers. Once you reach Murotomisakicho, turn right onto Murotomisakicho Street. The Statue of Young Kukai will be on your left side at 3903 Murotomisakicho. There is parking available nearby.
