If you're driving, take the Tokushima Expressway (Tokushima E84) from Tokushima City. Continue on the expressway until you reach the Miyoshi Interchange. Exit here and follow signs for Route 32 towards Iya Valley. After approximately 30 minutes, turn onto Route 439, which will take you through the scenic Iya Valley. Follow the signs for Iya Kanko Ryokan, which is located at 161 Nishiiyayamamura Zentoku, Miyoshi, Tokushima 778-0102.

Public Transportation
To reach Iya Kanko Ryokan via public transport, take a train from Takamatsu to Awa-Ikeda Station (approximately 1 hour). From Awa-Ikeda Station, take the Iya Valley Railway (Iya Kankou Railway) towards Yoshinogawa. Get off at the Iya Kazurabashi Station. From there, you can take a taxi (about 15 minutes) to Iya Kanko Ryokan. Note that taxi fare may vary but expect to pay around 2,000 to 3,000 yen.
