Car
From the center of Kai, head southeast on Route 52 towards Kofu City. After about 25 km, merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) towards Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for approximately 60 km. Take the exit towards Shinjuku and follow the signs for Chuo City. Once you are in Chuo City, navigate to Nihonbashinakasu. The Sumida River Terrace is located at 1-11 Nihonbashinakasu.
Public Transportation
Start at Kai City Station and board the JR Chuo Line train towards Tokyo. After approximately 2 hours, disembark at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and take the train to Otemachi Station. At Otemachi Station, transfer to the Tozai Line towards Nishi-Funabashi and get off at Nihonbashi Station. From Nihonbashi Station, it is a 10-minute walk to Sumida River Terrace located at 1-11 Nihonbashinakasu.
