Getting There

    If you are driving, start from the center of Kai and head east towards the Chuo Expressway (E20). Merge onto the expressway and continue for about 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Suginami and follow the signs to Route 20. After approximately 8 kilometers, merge onto Route 412. Continue for another 5 kilometers until you reach a junction. Follow signs for the Tokyo area and merge onto the Shuto Expressway. Finally, exit at Roppongi and follow the signs to Minato City. Once in Motoazabu, look for '1 Chome-4-23' on your GPS, and you will find Azabu Hikawa Shrine nearby.
