Public Transport
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line to Hamamatsucho Station (¥90-¥220, 6 minutes). From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Tower. Alternatively, take the Toei Bus from Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit to the Tokyo Tower bus stop (¥220, 20 minutes), followed by a short walk. From Shinjuku Station, take the Toei Oedo Line directly to Akabanebashi Station (¥210-¥230, 20 minutes). Tokyo Tower is a 5-minute walk from the Akabanebashi station.
Walking
From Hamamatsucho Station, exit from the North Exit and walk straight for about 15 minutes. You'll see Tokyo Tower in front of you. Pass the World Trade Center building on your left, cross the large intersection, and continue straight. Pass Zojoji Temple's Daimon gate on your left and continue a little further to find a narrow path leading to the tower.

A taxi from Tokyo Station to Tokyo Tower typically costs ¥2,200-¥2,600 and takes about 3 minutes. From Shinjuku Station, a taxi ride to Tokyo Tower costs approximately ¥3,700-¥4,500 and takes around 6 minutes. Taxi fares may vary depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
Car
Tokyo Tower is accessible by car, approximately 7 minutes from the Shiba-koen Exit on the Inner Circular Route. The parking lot adjacent to Tokyo Tower costs ¥600 for the first hour and ¥300 for each additional 30 minutes. The parking lot is open from 9:00 to 23:00 (last entry at 22:30). Consider nearby parking options if the main lot is full. The Tokyo Tower Parking Center is an underground parking garage located next to the south side of Tokyo Tower.
