    From the Nomura Samurai House, a popular attraction in Nagamachi, the Takada Family House is a short walk north. Head north on the main street, and the Takada Family House will be on your left. The walk is less than 5 minutes and free.

  • Public Transport

    From Kanazawa Station, take the Kanazawa Loop Bus (either the Left Loop or Right Loop) to the Korinbo bus stop. From Korinbo, walk south for about 5 minutes to reach the Nagamachi Samurai District, then walk northeast. The Takada Family House will be on your right. The bus fare is 210 yen for adults and 100 yen for children. A one-day pass for the Loop Bus is available for 800 yen for adults.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available from Kanazawa Station. The ride to the Nagamachi Samurai District is approximately 10 minutes, and the fare will likely be under 1000 yen. From there, it is a short walk to the Takada Family House. The base fare for a small taxi is 690 yen, with an additional 80 yen for every 277 meters.
