Walking
If you are near Kanazawa Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Take the Kanazawa Loop Bus (green line) heading towards 'Nagamachi'. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Nagamachi' bus stop. From there, walk north along the main street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection. Turn right onto Nagamachi Street. Continue walking straight for about another 5 minutes, and you will see the Kanazawa City Ashigaru Museum on your left at 1 Chome-9-3.
Public Transport
From Kanazawa Station, take the local bus No. 1 or No. 2 heading towards 'Nagamachi'. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Nagamachi' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk straight along the road until you reach the intersection, then turn right onto Nagamachi Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and the Kanazawa City Ashigaru Museum will be on your left at 1 Chome-9-3.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops near Kanazawa Station. Start by heading west towards the main road, then follow the signs to Nagamachi. The ride is around 20 minutes. When you reach Nagamachi, park your bike and walk to the Kanazawa City Ashigaru Museum, which is located at 1 Chome-9-3 Nagamachi. It will be a short 3-minute walk from the bike parking area.
