If you're driving, start by getting onto the Tohoku Expressway (E4) from your current location. Follow the signs for Utsunomiya and continue on the expressway for about 1.5 hours until you reach the Nikko IC exit. Take this exit and follow the signs towards Nikko. Once you're in Nikko, continue straight until you reach Route 120. Turn left onto Route 120 and follow the road for about 20 minutes until you see signs for Kegon Waterfalls. There is parking available near the falls.

To reach Kegon Waterfalls using public transportation, first, take a train to Nikko Station. You can take the Tobu Nikko Line from Asakusa Station in Tokyo, which takes about 2 hours.
