Car
From central Nikko, head southeast on Route 119. Follow signs for Lake Chuzenji. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the Kurokami-daira View Point parking area. Please note that parking may require a fee of around 500 yen. Once parked, walk towards the observation deck to enjoy the stunning views.
Public Transportation
Start at Nikko Station and take a bus to Chuzenji Onsen. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes and costs approximately 1,200 yen. Once you arrive at Chuzenji Onsen, transfer to the Kurokami-daira View Point bus, which operates seasonally and takes about 15 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited.
