Car
If you're driving from Tokyo, take the Tohoku Expressway (E4) towards Utsunomiya. After approximately 70 kilometers, take the Ashikaga Interchange exit. Once you exit, turn left onto Route 50 and follow the signs for Ashikaga. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers, and then turn right onto Nishinomiyacho. Orihime Shrine will be on your left after about 1 kilometer. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Orihime Shrine by train, take the JR Tohoku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Utsunomiya Station (approximately 50 minutes). At Utsunomiya, transfer to the JR Ryomo Line bound for Ashikaga. After about 30 minutes, get off at Ashikaga Station. From there, take a local bus (Bus No. 1 or 2) towards Nishinomiyacho. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Nishinomiyacho stop, and the shrine will be a short walk away.
