Car
If you're driving from Tokyo, take the Tohoku Expressway (E4) towards Utsunomiya. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Take the Utsunomiya Interchange exit and follow the signs for Route 4 towards Utsunomiya city. After approximately 5 km, turn right onto Oyamachi street. Continue for about 2 km, and you will see Oyakeikan Park on your left at 1224 Oyamachi, Utsunomiya, Tochigi 321-0345. There is parking available at the park, but there may be a fee depending on the duration of your stay.
Train
From Tokyo, take the Tohoku Shinkansen (bullet train) to Utsunomiya Station. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Utsunomiya Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal. Take bus number 5 or 6 towards Oyamachi and alight at Oyakeikan Park bus stop. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes, and the fare is around 400 yen.
Bus
If you are already in Tochigi Prefecture, you can take an intercity bus to Utsunomiya. From Utsunomiya Station, take a local bus (number 5 or 6) that goes to Oyakeikan Park. The bus fare is roughly 400 yen and the ride will take about 20 minutes. Ensure you check the bus schedule in advance as the frequency may vary.
