Take the Utsunomiya Interchange exit and follow the signs for Route 4 towards Utsunomiya city. After approximately 5 km, turn right onto Oyamachi street. Continue for about 2 km, and you will see Oyakeikan Park on your left at 1224 Oyamachi, Utsunomiya, Tochigi 321-0345. There is parking available at the park, but there may be a fee depending on the duration of your stay.
