Car
If you are driving from Tokyo, take the Tohoku Expressway and exit at the Nikko IC. From there, follow the signs towards Nikko National Park. It will take approximately 2 hours. Once you reach the park, follow the road signs to Ryuzu Falls (Ryuzu no Taki). There is a parking lot available near the falls, but note that parking may incur a fee of around ¥500.

From Tokyo Station, take the Tohoku Shinkansen to Utsunomiya Station (about 50 minutes). At Utsunomiya, transfer to the JR Nikko Line and take a train to Nikko Station (around 45 minutes).
