If you're traveling by car, navigate to Tataranuma Park located in Hinatacho, Tatebayashi, Gunma 374-0076. From Tokyo, take the Kan-Etsu Expressway towards Maebashi, and exit at Tatebayashi IC. Follow Route 354 towards Tatebayashi City, then take Route 113 towards Hinatacho. The park is well-signposted and has parking available on site. Note that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen for a day.
Train + Bus
To reach Tataranuma Park using public transportation, take the JR Takasaki Line from Tokyo to Takasaki Station. From there, transfer to the JR Ryomo Line towards Tatebayashi. Get off at Tatebayashi Station. Once at Tatebayashi Station, you can take a local bus (Tatebayashi City Bus) towards Tataranuma Park. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is approximately 200 yen. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.

You can also take the JR Takasaki Line from Tokyo to Takasaki Station, then switch to the JR Ryomo Line to Tatebayashi Station. From Tatebayashi Station, you can opt for a taxi directly to Tataranuma Park, which is about a 10-minute ride. Taxi fares will typically range from 1,500 to 2,000 yen, depending on traffic.
