Getting There

Public Transport

From Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid), Chuo-Sobu Line (Local), or the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi/Namboku Line to Yotsuya Station. From Yotsuya Station, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to Suga Shrine. Alternatively, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Yotsuya-Sanchome Station and walk for about 7 minutes. From Yotsuya-Sanchome Station (Marunouchi Line), exit and walk along Shinjuku Dori. Turn left at the crossroads near the fire station, then turn left again. The Otokozaka stairs and Suga Shrine will be on your left. The walk is approximately 7 minutes. Cost: Free.
