Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the Tokiwa area. Turn left onto Tokiwa Street, and keep going straight for about 2 kilometers. You will see Basho Memorial Hall on your left at 1 Chome-6-3 Tokiwa, Koto City, Tokyo 135-0006. There is parking available nearby.

From Koto Station, exit and transfer to bus number 26, which heads towards Tokiwa. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the Tokiwa 1-chome bus stop.
