If you're driving from Kawachi, head towards Route 1 (National Route 1) and follow the signs for Tokyo. Merge onto the Shuto Expressway and continue on it. Take the exit for Chiyoda City and follow signs to Kanda Surugadai. Once you reach the area, look for parking facilities nearby, as street parking can be limited. The Hijiri Bridge is located at 4 Chome Kanda Surugadai.

Train
To reach Hijiri Bridge via public transportation, take the Kintetsu Nara Line from Kawachi Station and travel to Namba Station. At Namba Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and head towards Shin-Osaka Station. Get off at Nagatacho Station. From there, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line towards Yoyogi-Uehara and get off at Kanda Station. Exit the station and walk towards Kanda Surugadai, which should take around 10 minutes. The Hijiri Bridge will be on your left.

If you prefer to take a bus, start at Kawachi and catch a local bus heading to Osaka. From Osaka, transfer to a long-distance bus heading towards Tokyo. Once you arrive in Tokyo, you can take the local subway. From Tokyo Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Otemachi Station. Transfer to the Chiyoda Line and get off at Kanda Station. Walk towards Kanda Surugadai, and you will find Hijiri Bridge nearby.
