If you're starting from Osaka, take the JR Special Rapid Service train from Osaka Station to Sannomiya Station in Kobe. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once at Sannomiya Station, exit onto the main street and look for the bus terminal. Take the City Loop Bus (also known as the Kobe City Bus) and get off at 'Kitano Ijinkan' stop. From there, walk for approximately 10 minutes to reach the Kobe Kitano Museum located at 2 Chome-9-6 Kitanocho, Chuo Ward.

If you're driving from Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 3. Follow the signs for Kobe and exit at 'Kobe Minato'. Continue on Route 2 towards the city center. As you approach the Kitano area, look for signs for parking facilities. There are several paid parking lots nearby. Once parked, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Kobe Kitano Museum at 2 Chome-9-6 Kitanocho, Chuo Ward.
