From Nara Park, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is Nara Koen Mae. Take the Kintetsu Nara Line bus heading towards Kyoto Station. After about 45 minutes, get off at Kyoto Station. From Kyoto Station, transfer to the Karasuma Subway Line and take it to Shijo Station. At Shijo Station, exit and walk towards the east along Shijo Street until you reach the intersection with Sanjo Street. Continue walking east; you will reach Shinbashi-dori in about 10 minutes.
