If you are traveling from Kansai International Airport, take the Nankai Airport Line to Namba Station. The train ride takes approximately 45 minutes and costs around 1,500 yen. Once at Namba Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and take the train towards Senri-Chuo. Get off at Shinsaibashi Station (2 stops from Namba). From Shinsaibashi Station, take Exit 7, and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the Big Step building. Shinsaibashi Sunhall is located in the basement level (B2) of the Big Step building.

If you are driving, use the Hanshin Expressway. Take the route towards the Osaka City Center and exit at the 'Namba' interchange. Follow the signs to Shinsaibashi, which should lead you to the area. There are several parking facilities nearby, such as the Big Step Parking, which charges around 300 yen per 30 minutes. Once parked, walk towards the Big Step building, and Shinsaibashi Sunhall is located on B2.

From Kyoto, take the JR Special Rapid Service to Osaka Station. This journey takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 560 yen. At Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and head towards Shinsaibashi Station. After arriving at Shinsaibashi Station, take Exit 7 and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Big Step building where Shinsaibashi Sunhall is located in the basement (B2).
