Walking
Nidec Kyoto Tower is located directly across from the Kyoto Station's Karasuma Central Exit, making it easily accessible on foot. Upon exiting the station, cross the street towards the tower. The entrance is clearly marked.
Public Transport
Kyoto Station is a major transportation hub served by JR Lines, the Kintetsu Railway, and the Kyoto Municipal Subway. Arriving at Kyoto Station, follow signs to the Karasuma Central Exit. From there, the tower is a short walk across the street. Subway fare from other parts of Kyoto to Kyoto Station is around ¥230.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Kyoto and can drop you off directly in front of Kyoto Tower. A short taxi ride from areas around Kyoto Station, such as Higashi Honganji Temple, will typically cost between ¥700 and ¥900. Be aware that traffic can be dense, especially during peak tourist season.
