Car
If you're driving from Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway (Route 2) towards Wakayama. Merge onto the Kinki Expressway (Route 24) and continue for approximately 30 km. Take the exit for Kada (和歌山) and follow the signs leading to Kada Port (紀淡港). Once you arrive at Kada Port, you can find parking areas nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply (around ¥500-¥1,000 for the day). After parking, walk to the ferry terminal to catch the boat to Tomogashima.

From Osaka, take the JR Hanwa Line from Osaka Station to Wakayama Station (approximately 1 hour). At Wakayama Station, transfer to the local bus bound for Kada (約30分). Once you arrive in Kada, walk to Kada Port. Here, you can buy a ticket for the ferry to Tomogashima (approximately ¥1,200 one way). The ferry takes about 15 minutes to reach the island.
