If you are driving, start from the Kumano Kodo Trailhead in Kumano. Head southeast on Route 42 towards Kimiidera. Continue on Route 42 for about 15 kilometers until you reach Wakayama city. Once you enter Wakayama, follow the signs for Kimiidera. The temple is located at Kimiidera, Wakayama, 641-0012. There is parking available near the temple.

Public Transportation
To reach Romon by public transportation, start at Kumano Station. Take the JR Kisei Line train towards Kishi Station and ride for about 50 minutes until you reach Wakayama Station. From Wakayama Station, transfer to bus number 12 heading towards Kimiidera. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Kimiidera stop, and you will find Romon just a short walk from there.
