Car
If you are driving from central Kyoto, take the Kyoto Jukan Expressway (Kyoto Outer Ring Road) towards Osaka. Continue on the expressway for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach the exit for Osaka, follow signs for Route 1 (Hanshin Expressway) towards Osaka City. After about 10 kilometers, take the exit for Miyakojima Ward. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers, then turn left onto Higashinodamachi Street. Kyobashi Park will be on your right. Note that parking in the area may incur fees, averaging around 500-1000 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Tokaido Line towards Osaka. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Osaka Station and transfer to the JR Tozai Line, which will take you directly to Kyobashi Station. Once you arrive at Kyobashi Station, exit the station and head southeast on Otemae Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Kyobashi Park located at 2 Chome-6 Higashinodamachi, Miyakojima Ward, Osaka. Be aware that a one-way train ticket from Kyoto to Osaka costs around 560 yen.
