Once you exit, follow the signs towards Osaka Castle. Hokoku Shrine is located within the grounds of Osaka Castle Park at 2-1 Osakajo, Chuo Ward, Osaka. There is parking available at the Osaka Castle Park, but be prepared to pay a parking fee which can range from 500 to 1,000 yen depending on the duration of your stay.
