Car
If you are driving from the center of Kyoto, take the Route 162 towards the north. Continue on this road, passing through the scenic countryside. You will drive for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards the Kyoto countryside. Once you reach the town of Kurama, you will find your destination. Ensure you have a GPS or navigation app set to guide you to the specified latitude and longitude: 35.1566609, 135.5251982.
Public Transportation
To reach Kyoto countryside via public transportation, start at Kyoto Station. Board the Eizan Electric Railway train bound for Kurama. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Kurama Station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the Kyoto countryside. It's a short walk of about 15 minutes, and you'll be surrounded by beautiful nature as you go.
