    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Nara Station, exit the station and head towards the east exit. From the east exit, you can either walk to Tamukeyama Hachimangu, which takes about 20 minutes, or take a bus from the Nara Station bus terminal.

    From Kyoto Station, you can take bus number 205 directly to Nara. The bus ride will take around 1 hour and will drop you off near Nara Park. Once you reach Nara Park, you can either walk (approximately 10 minutes) or take a local bus to the Tamukeyama Hachimangu Shrine, which is located at 434 Zoshicho.

    If you are staying in central Nara, you can easily walk to Tamukeyama Hachimangu Shrine. From Nara Park, head south towards Zoshicho street. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes, and you will find the shrine at 434 Zoshicho on your left.
