From Mikawa, take the Route 2 highway heading west towards Himeji. Continue for about 45 minutes until you reach Himeji City. Once you arrive, follow the signs for Himeji Castle (姫路城). Parking is available near the castle, and the fees are approximately 500-1000 JPY depending on the facility you choose. After parking, it's a short walk to the castle entrance.

Start by taking the JR Tokaido Line from Mikawa Station to Himeji Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Himeji Station, exit the station and follow the signs directing you to Himeji Castle. It's about a 15-20 minute walk, or you can take a local bus from the station for a small fare of around 200 JPY. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most convenient option.
