Experience Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre

Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, take the Tomei Expressway and exit at Fujikawa-guchi IC. From there, follow Route 139 towards Fujinomiya. After approximately 15 minutes, you will arrive at the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre located at 5-12 Miyacho, Fujinomiya, Shizuoka 418-0067. Parking is available nearby, but please check for any parking fees that may apply.

  • Public Transportation - Train

    To reach the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre by train, take the Fujikyu Railway from Kawaguchiko Station or Fujisan Station to Fujinomiya Station. The journey takes about 35-45 minutes. Once you arrive at Fujinomiya Station, exit the station and walk approximately 15 minutes to the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre. You can also take a local bus from the station if you prefer, which will take you close to the centre.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    Alternatively, you can take a bus from Shinjuku to Fujinomiya. Buses depart regularly from the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal, and the journey takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic.
