If you're driving, head towards Koto City. From central Musashi, take Route 1 towards Tokyo and merge onto the Shuto Expressway. Follow signs for Koto City and take the exit for Koto Ward. Continue on Etchujima Street and look for signs directing you to Etchūjima Pier. There is parking available nearby, so you can easily access the pier.

Public Transportation
To reach Etchūjima Pier using public transport, start by finding the closest train station, such as Musashi-Kosugi Station. Take the JR Nambu Line towards Kawasaki and transfer at Kawasaki Station to the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, heading towards Omiya. Get off at Kameido Station and transfer to the Toei Shinjuku Line, heading towards Shinjuku. Alight at Morishita Station and exit towards Koto City. From there, take bus number 21 towards Etchūjima and get off at the Etchūjima Pier stop. The pier will be a short walk from the bus stop.
