Car
If you are driving, start from central Musashi and head north on Route 16. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach Route 20. Merge onto Route 20 and follow the signs towards Hachioji. After approximately 5 kilometers, take the Nagabusa exit and turn right onto Nagabusamachi. The Musashi Imperial Mausoleum will be on your left. There is free parking available on-site.

Train
For those using public transportation, take the JR Chuo Line from Musashi Station towards Tokyo and get off at Hachioji Station. From Hachioji Station, transfer to the Keio Line and take the train towards Takahata-fudo. Get off at Nagabusa Station. From Nagabusa Station, it’s about a 25-minute walk to the Mausoleum. Exit the station and head north on Route 20, then turn left onto Nagabusamachi. Follow the road signs towards the Mausoleum.

Bus
Alternatively, you can take a bus from Hachioji Station to the Musashi Imperial Mausoleum. From Hachioji Station, find the bus terminal and take the bus bound for Nagabusa. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes, and you will need to pay a fare of around 220 yen. Get off at the Nagabusa stop, and the Mausoleum is a short 5-minute walk from there. Follow the signs directing you to the Mausoleum.
