    From central Tokyo, take the Shuto Expressway Route 9 (Inner Circular Route). Follow signs for Koto City. Take the exit for Koto and continue on Eitai Dori Avenue. After approximately 3 kilometers, turn right onto Koto Dori Avenue. Continue for about 1 kilometer and turn left onto Monzennakacho. Tatsumi-shindo will be on your left at 2 Chome-9-4 Monzennakacho.
