Train
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Keiyo Line to the closest station, which is 'Monzennakacho Station'. The train ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Monzennakacho Station, exit the station and head towards the 'A4' exit. After exiting, turn right and walk straight for about 5 minutes.
