If you are driving, begin by heading towards the center of Mutsu city. Use Route 279 (Mutsu Bypass) and take the exit for Tanabucho. Continue on Tanabucho Street, and Mutsu Kasamai-kan will be located at 10-1 Tanabucho, which is easily visible on your left side. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any fees associated with parking.
